It will certainly be a moment of felicitations, joy and celebration on Saturday March 23rd, 2024 at the Ezegbogu Primary School field when cream de la cream of Ex-Super Eagles players will square up against Friends of High Chief Dr Summers VC Nwokie, FMIMPS, PHF "Ikukuoma I of Mbaise" in a novelty match to mark the 43rd birthday of the founder, Ikukuoma Sports Development Foundation and President of Ikukuoma FC.

According to reports reaching out Sports desk, the Director General of the foundation, Hon Nnaji Julius and the Team Manager of Ikukuoma FC, Mr Chuks Dike, the novelty encounter which is designed to celebrate a renowned humanitarian who delights in using his resources to empower youths of our society through sports, particularly football will feature players such as, Emmanuel Amuneke, Henry Nwosu, Mobi Oparaku, Obi Oparaugo, Friday "Ekpo" Onyeukwu among many others.

Reacting to Infonews.com.ng ahead of activities to mark the 43rd birthday of "Ikukuoma Mbaise" who recently successfully concluded his N20m worth Ikukuoma Mbaise U-20 Owerri Zone Football Competition, DG Nnaji said!

"It's indeed an honour to be part of preparations to celebrate a man who has devoted his life, time and resources towards advancing humanity.

"As "Ikukuoma Mbaise" turns 43 on Saturday, i, Hon Julius Nnaji on behalf of the entire staff and management of Ikukuoma Sports Development Foundation and Ikukuoma Football Club who are engaged in the ongoing Imo FA Cup wish to Felicitate with our amiable and dynamic Boss & Leader extraordinary, on his birthday.

High Chief Dr. Summers VC Nwokie was born into the humble Family Of Late Mr. EnyeribeNwokie And Mrs. Scholar Adaku Nwokie Of Umukerie Umualaukwu, Umuochaku Ezeagbogu Ancient Kingdom, Ezinihitte Mbaise LGA of Imo State.His academic pursuit kick-started from Community Primary School, Ezeagbogu, where he excellently got his First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC). 

Thereafter, he proceeded to Ezeagbogu Secondary School and as a bright student, he sat for the West African School Certificate, where he distinguished himself and came out in flying colours.

This great Industrialist of uncommon civility, humble mien and humane by all standards, had his apprenticeship in a local shoe production outfit in Aba, where he later got his due settlement from his master and as a progressive young chap, began his own shoe production and trading outfit.In his dire yearning for survival, he sojourned abroad in the year 2005 and as a highly intelligent and versatile young man who has an insatiable quest for knowledge, he enrolled into the Eastern University, based in the Philippines and subsequently graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Management.

He went further to study at the prestigious University of Sedona, Arizona, USA, where he was awarded a Doctorate degree in Philosophy, Metaphysics and Theo-centric Psychology.

As a very successful Industrialist known for his premium in professional excellence, with innate capacity for work and vitality to organize and coordinate, he has, over the years, built a conglomerate of successful business organizations ;Eastern Clothing Company, with factories in the Philipines, Cambodia, Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, and Bangladesh. 

The outfits specialize in fabric (Jeans) production.NWOKIEMED & PHARMACEUTICALS, based in Philippines, Bangladesh and Laos.Bothered by the low quality movies being churned out by Nollywood, and a burning desire for a quintessential movie industry in Nigeria, he established NWOKIE MEDIA NIG. LTD, with the latest technology in movie production, which recently added to it's stable, a world class film academy. 

He is also the Chairman/CEO of JUPITERMONEY, New York, USA.

Poised with the vision for total emancipation and liberation of his people from the shackles of poverty, enhancement and empowerment of mankind, community development, women/youth empowerment including the development of the youths through sports, in line with the United Nations Agenda, he founded  IKUKUOMA SPORTS DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION which its cardinal mission is to NURTURE DESTINIES TO GREATNESS.Dr. Summers is a sports lover, with keen interest in grass root sports; His philanthropic gestures speak volumes. 

A dynamic initiator of innovational cum developmental ideas, an achiever par excellence, a superior leader, a different specie of a politician, and a great psychologist.This great man of our time and an enigma of hope for the hopeless, has been christened by his people as ‘Ihe Mbaise’ (The Light of Mbaise People), n recognition of his numerous contributions in the areas of human capacity building and community development.He has been conferred with several Chieftaincy titles such as; Agbara Ka Ibeya 1, Aka Ekpuchi Onwa 1,  Onapuru Dike ihe okpu N’Onu 1, etc.

He has also been honored and recognized as the Grand Patron and Patron of several organizations such as Olu Owerri Socio Cultural Organization, Igbo National Stakeholders, Umu Mbaise Home and Abroad and was lately inducted into the Rotary Club as an honorary member and recently, the Human Rights Defenders International bestowed on him an award as a Human Right Defender & Peace Promoter,  just to mention but a few. Dr Nwokie is also a recipient of several philanthropic and academic awards from notable organizations such as The MSME Institute of Management and Professional Studies, Nigerian Institute of Physics and the Red Cross Society, a charity organization that has been an immense beneficiary of his unwavering philanthropy.
