Ex-Iwuanyanwu Nat’l Players Mourn With Bereaved Member, Anokwute Over Wife's Demise

The Association of Ex Iwuanyanwu Nationale world wide commiserates with the secretary of the association Mr Kalu Anokwute for the tragic loss of his dear wife late Mrs Adaeze Dominica Anokwute (Nee Ojinnaka) who died at the untimely age of 45 years. 

The members of the association showed up in their large numbers in solidarity and support when they matched to Achara in Umunaka, Njaba local govt, the home town of the secretary general of the association, Mr Anokwute where the remains of the deceased was finally laid to rest on the 29th of February, 2024. 

In his address to the bereaved, the president of the association Mr Issac Mbika on behalf of the association , offered some words of consolation to the bereaved and also charged him to step up now to the new challenge by filling the role of the mother to his children who is now motherless. Mbika further encouraged him to be strong emotionally and endeared Anokwute to see every misfortune as God’s will. 

Anokwute thanked his colleagues for this show of support and prayed that God will bless every member of the association for such magnanimity and kind support.  

Other extended family members expressed happiness for the presence of the association as they basked in the glory days of Iwuanyanwu Nationale as super fans when the team made history in the world. 

Late Mrs Adaeze Dominica Anokwute died on January 26th at the age of 45 years and was finally laid to rest on the 29th February 2024. May her soul rest in peace.
