Man Who Attempted Suicide Saved By Assumpta Cathedral Staff In Imo

The excruciating hardship in the country has continued to push many into considering taking their lives as they feel they is no more hope of survival.

The latest incident is that which occurred at the Assumpta Cathedral Church Owerri recently when a man attempted to take his life but for the   timely intervention of church workers.

Infonews.com.ng learnt from a video making rounds on social media that the middle aged 

Man who reports say hails from Ututu in Arochukwu LGA, Abia State by name Ikechukwu Kalu attempted to take his life by drinking poison "Sniper" but was quickly revived with palm oil and coconut water.

The man according to a voice of the intervener who is a security man in Assumpta Cathedral left a note where he said he is tired of life as he is owing the sum of N750,000 and has three children while his wife is heavily pregnant.
