NLO One OISA Centre, Day Two: Heartland Feeders Holds First Mahi As Ikukuoma, Khalifat Record Wins

 






With four games decided during match day two encounters of the 2024 NLO One League games at OISA Center in Ngor Okpala, Heartland Feeders through a late free kick held First Mahi FC to a 1-1 draw.


The Abajah in Nwangele LGA based side went ahead in the 23rd minute of play through Nonso Nwachukwu's header off Raymond's conner but failed to hold on till the end as the Junior Naze Millionaires leveled scores 6 minutes into added time.


The result leaves both sides with just two points from two games haven also drawn their first games against Ikukuoma FC and OISA FC respectively on Saturday.


In other games also decided on Monday, Ikukuoma FC got the better of St Nwadinso FC 1-0 through a penalty converted midway into the second half of the day's opening encounter while Kun Khalifat FC humbled OISA FC 3-0 with Campos FC drawing against Peace FC reuing the chance of taking firm lead on the log after they missed a late penalty.


Campos FC and Ikukuoma however top the group's chart with 4 points each from 2 games followed by Khun Khalifat with 3 points but with a game in hand.


St Nwadinso also has 3 points following their match day one victory while First Mahi and Heartland Feeders both have 2 points each.


Hostilities resumes on Wednesday April 24, 2024 with Ikukuoma in another Imo derby against Campos as both sides hope to add to their points by 8am.

Other games will.see Kun Khalifat take on Heartland Feeders by 10am just as A&A FC takes on OISA FC by 12noon while the last game of the day will be between First Mahi FC and St Nwadinso FC by 4pm.
