Citing Afrexim Bank Africa Quality Assurance Center in Ngor Okpala A Masterstroke By Uzodimma - Chuks Ofurum

 

A former Managing Editor of NIGERIAN HORN Newspapers, Chuks Ofurum has commended Governor Hope Uzodimma and the management of Afrexim Bank for choosing Ngor Okpala LGA to cite the second African Quality Assurance Center, AQAC, describing the vision as an example of economic foresight and astute managerial skills by the Governor.

Commenting on the historic unveiling of the Center at Umuowa in Ngor Okpala LGA, Ofurum who is also a former Deputy Manager 1ST NEWS Lagos, said the Center when completed will not only boost economic activities in the entire South East, but will place Imo State in the World of emerging economies where investors will be happy to invest.

His words," When I visited the AQAC in Ogun State, I was amazed at the state of the Center with business activities all over.

Today despite the proximity of Ogun State to Lagos, the state is gradually assuming the economic hub of the South West.

This is thanks to the vision of financial giants like Afrexim Bank and their partners.

This surely can be replicated in Imo State which like Ogun State is strategically situated".

He described Ngor Okpala as a well positioned area stressing that by the time the Center becomes a reality the hugely underutilized Imo International Airport will be a beehive of activities.

Ofurum commended Governor Uzodimma for leaving enduring legacies especially in the energy, Oil and Gas sectors describing the governor as a visionary Leader who always wants the best for the state.

He adviced Ngor Okpala people to see this wonderful gift as a lifetime lifeline that will transform the lives of the people and protect the Center with every pinch of their blood.
