Ahiazu Agog As D&D Mpam Unity Cup Kicks Off Sunday Oct 13th

..As Chief Kelechi, Hon Ehirim Moves To Empower Mpam Youths

The maiden edition of the D&D Mpam Unity Football Competition for all the Villages in Mpam Ekwerazu, Ahiazu LGA will officially kick off this Sunday October 13th, 2024 at Mpam Central School Field by 3pm.

According to a release made available to news men by the tournament coordinator, Mr Uchechukwu Nwachukwu "Ezege" on the soccer fiesta, the Tournament is co sponsored by two intimate friends and worthy son's of Mpam Community, Chief Kelechi Chiemenem "Duke of Ekwerazu" and Hon Ehirim Sylvester Onyedikachi.

The soccer tournament's name which will run till the festival period is coined from the twin babies of "Duke of Ekwerazu", David & Daniel.

He noted that the competition which is designed to unify and foster harmony in the area will equally help to further empower talented youths of the area who are gifted with football skills.

Ezege who is the Secretary of Enyimba FC, Aba disclosed that parts of the high lights of the tournament of five villages will see some seasoned coaches and football scouts in the country storm the opening ceremony for talent identification as well as moral boost for the young and intending footballers.
