Imo JONAPWD holds Congress November 2

The Joint National Association of Persons With Disabilities, JONAPWD Imo State chapter will hold its Congress on Saturday 2nd November, 2024.
According to the statement signed by the Imo State leader of JONAPWD, Hon. Dr. Stanley Chinedu Nwachukwu, the exercise will take place at Imo State Council of Arts and Culture located on Wetheral Road, Owerri.
Dr. Nwachukwu who doubles as the Special Leader of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC South East chapter disclosed that the exercise will kick-start at 9:00 am as Electoral body that conduct election for new crop of State executive officers in January ,2025 will be elected through open-secret ballot system.
He seized the opportunity to invite the State Ministry of Women Affairs and Social Development as well as top government functionaries to come and witness the Congress.
The event feature the presence of all the Local Governments JONAPWD Chairmen and Secretaries, Cluster heads and their Secretaries as well as critical stakeholders of Persons With Disabilities, PWDs in Imo State.
