More Accolades For Amb Ogbonna, As He Bags 'FELLOW' Institute Of Corporate Administration

It has indeed been rain of accolades for the Chairman Imo State Sports Commission, Hon Prince Sir Eleazar Onyewuchi Ogbonna "Ambassador" following the avalanche of awards of merit, honour and recognition from various professional bodies.

Latest on the heels of three successive awards in a month is the induction as a FELLOW of the Institute Of Corporate Administration of Nigeria (ICAN).

Amb Ogbonna received a Plaque & Certificate as FELLOW of the Institute signed by the Chairman and Secretary of the Governing Council which was dated November 9th 2024 and given under the common seal of the Institute that read;

"The Governing Council of the Institute of Corporate Administration of Nigeria ICAN, takes pride in certifying that Hon Prince Sir Eleazar Onyewuchi Ogbonna has been elected a "FELLOW" having satisfied the requirements for admission and recognition of Competence in Administration Function, Leadership Strategies and Outstanding Performance as an ADMINISTRATOR.

The Plaque further read;

This plaque is presented to Hon Prince Sir Eleazar Onyewuchi Ogbonna in appreciation of outstanding prowess in Administration Matters and as a Professional.

Recall that Amb Ogbonna recently bagged awards from the Nigerian Authors, the Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN) and Imo State Football Association (Imo FA) for his outstanding contributions and administrative prowess towards grassroots sports and talent hunt development.

Reacting to the ICAN honour, Amb Ogbonna appreciated the gesture bestowed on him and thanked the Governing Council for finding him fit assuring that the honour will further spur him to give more especially in administrative areas that can improve the development of grassroots sports and talent hunt.

He however dedicated the honour to His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Imo, Distinguished Senator Hope Odidika Uzidimma "Onwa Oyoko" for the opportunity to serve under his Shared Prosperity/3R administration and to give back to the society.

The Sports Commission Chairman insisted that his priority remains using his office to creat a platform for our talented youths to express themselves which he said is cardinal in the diversified Youth Empowerment programme of the Governor.
