Double Delight For Amb Ogbonna, As Imo Sports Commission Boss Bags SMV & ASUFA Excellent Awards

 

It has indeed been a seasoned of accolades for the very quintessential Chairman of Imo State Sports Commission, Hon Sir Prince (Amb) Eleazar Onyewuchi Ogbonna, FICAN.

The accolades which follows the recent recognition on the sports enigma as "YSFON South East Pillar of Sports" is the double excellent award bestowed on him by two veteran professional bodies, the Sports Media Veterans, Lagos and All Stars United Football Association also of Lagos.

The Sports Media Vetrans in their presentation honoured the former Professional Footballer with, Outstanding Appreciation Award for his excellent services to sports development and for his outstanding contribution to the welfare of ex sports men and women.

In same vein, the All Stars United Footballers Association in their presentation honoured Amb Ogbonna with a Distinguished Award of Excellence for his excellence in sports administration, leadership qualities, philanthropic gestures and immense contribution to the positive transformation of millions of lives in the sports sector and beyond.

The accolades no doubt has continued to distinguish Amb Ogbonna from among his equals.

He has however refused to be derailed as he has continuously assured to give his best especially in ensuring that sports development especially at the grassroots gets the necessary attention in Imo and beyond.

While thanking the group for acknowledging his little contribution towards the development of sports and humanity, he promised to continue to give his best at all time
