Poverty Alleviation: Paul Njoku Foundation Shows Love To Mbaise Women

_..Empowers Them With POS Machine, Cash For Business_

Easter celebration indeed is a period to show love and derive hope in the Lord and that's exactly what Paul Njoku Foundation expressed by giving hope to some women in the society as the foundation empowered a good number of indegent Women in Ahiazu Mbaise LGA to start up POS business to help their families.

The CEO/President of the non governmental organization, Ambassador Paul Chukwuemeka Njoku on Easter Sunday, April 20th, 2025 handed out a good number of Point of Service (POS) machines plus Cash and umbrellas to some randomly selected indegent Women from across communities and Villages of Ahiazu Mbaise LGA to help them sustain their family amidst the hard times in the country. The women were also feasted to a sumptuous meal in celebration of the Easter season.

Speaking to news men during the event in his country home, Umuochamoku Village, Amuzi, Ahiazu Mbaise LGA, Amb Paul Njoku said the gesture is targeted for only indegent Women in the area who can read & write and be able to manipulate the POS business.

Highlighting further on the exercise, the International Security expert and renowned philanthropist revealed that the recipients will be further rewarded if after a period of months when his foundation returns, and they show good progress of handling the business with good interest for themselves.

He pointed out that this first batch is used by the Foundation to test run how the recipients will respond and that the foundation doesn't need the women to pay returns or payback to the funds to the foundation but are only expected to ensure they grow the capital given to them in other to get more fund while other women will also benefit from the next batch which according to him will come up soon.

Some of the benefits who spoke separately with our correspondent including, Mrs Olachi Ogu from Umunnawo, Mrs Ogadimma Opara from Obokwu-Afoajala, Mrs Chinasa and Mrs Nkechi from Umuachamoku all in Ahiazu Mbaise among many others expressed their delight and happiness over the kind and timely gesture from Paul Njoku Foundation, thanking them for remembering them in their time of hardship. They all promised to stay focused and diligent with the business to grow it and not disappoint their worthy and philanthropic brother and son who has  extended love to them and given them hope again.
